We faced multiple challenges during our stay, including a door that wouldn’t lock for three days, which caused us stress. The front desk staff was unhelpful, leading to conflicts. While we appreciated the location, the service quality has deterred us from returning.

Great location but poor room maintenance

I enjoyed the convenient location with many dining options within walking distance. However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the overall maintenance of my room, which left much to be desired.

I recently spent 2 nights here and loved the spacious, clean room with a comfy bed and decent amenities. The pool was lovely, but breakfast was chaotic, with not enough seating.

The pool was great for unwinding after a long drive. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and functional, just what I needed.

The double room I stayed in was spacious with two comfy double beds. Loved the free toiletries and flat-screen TV. The pool area was awesome, bright and lovely, perfect for lounging around. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room nice and cool. Great place to relax after a long day.

The room was pretty clean and not as dingy as other places we've been before. That says something in this game. I noticed the staff was actually friendly and helpful which was refreshing , surprised me a little.

It was just a fitting option for a short visit in St Augustine with best value for money ratio. The bathroom light flickered like a horror movie which was a little amusing. Make sure to check the room for any issues before settling in.
